ACCELERATED LEARNING EXPERIENCES (ALEs) - NEW IN 2006!

Cutting practitioner learning cycle time. Time is the currency of the 21st century. Hence reducing learning time in a knowledge-based world can yield high value with reduced cost. The objective of each ALE is to contribute to one’s competitive edge by providing more learning in less time… while driving the same or more value to the customer. Now that is Lean.

All ALEs are facilitated, laser-focused, practical experiences, with each component integrated and aligned to specific outcomes. The Experience begins with the ‘Big Picture’ of the topic, followed by interactive presenters, interspersed with team exercises and challenges. As required, process-specific on-site tours will illustrate and clarify the thinking and objectives to be learned. The emphasis will be on the practical application.

Each ALE is one-day in duration and includes keynotes / facilitations / exchange sessions in 5 person teams. Tours and/or demonstrations with periodic quizzes & group summaries will enhance learning speed. A 20-day action list will be produced by each participant. Registration is limited to a maximum of 20 participants to maximize interaction and learning.
