Success factors, leadership, deployment, and examples will be highlighted. Goal alignment, leadership roadmap, lean strategy, successes, failures and company Credo, which drives culture. Highlights past cost savings, continuous improvement, waste elimination, kanbans, VME and 5S implementation plans. Future plans, Lean Transformational MAP, and how Innovation is interwoven into culture, Process Excellence and Lean.

Mary Tranter has 32 years of service with the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, currently with McNeil Consumer Healthcare, Guelph, Ontario. She has primary responsibility for supply process improvement, distribution and GMP compliance. Mary has over 20 years experience in supply chain management. She is a Process Excellence Certified Green Belt and Red Belt Mentor. Mary is a past board member of the PPCLA ( Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, Logistics Association).
