|
Presentation
Abstract : |
Our innovation is the long term sustainability of our Continuous Improvement / Lean
program. For over a decade Employee involvement started with sharing the company
vision and tying employee improvement activities back to key business initiatives. In
the last 4-5 years we evolved the program to incorporate the Lean tool sets including
5S, VSM’s, TPM, Cells, Visual Workplace, Poka Yoke, Standard Work and Worker
Flexibility. The CI/Lean Program encompasses a CI / Lean Steering Committee, Lean
Masters, Lean Assessments, Lean training and Lean goals and objectives. |
