Pre-Conference Workshops:

Traveling to Kitchener-Waterloo

The Kitchener-Waterloo region is conveniently serviced by 3 international airports:

Toronto Pearson International, John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport, and the Region of Waterloo International Airport. Most available flights will come into Toronto Pearson, about a one hour drive from the hotel in Kitchener. If you are travelling within Canada, the Hamilton International Airport is serviced by both WestJet (our official carrier for the conference) and Air Canada. The Region of Waterloo Airport services flights to the US from Detroit only.

There are a variety of car rental agencies located at Pearson Airport. Customers may pick up and return their rental cars on the first and/or the basement level of Terminal 1 parking garage, and/or on the ground level of the parking garages in Terminal 2 and Terminal 3.
