The south Edmonton plant is the primary provider of further processed products within the Lilydale operation. Several hundred varieties of products are created at this location, from fresh sausage, deli and fully cooked poultry products. We offer a variety of flavored fresh sausage in either chicken, turkey, beef and pork, deli poultry products from flavored deli roasts whole or sliced, to smoked sausages and wieners. This high growth division will become increasingly involved in developing fully cooked value added food products for a broad market base.

Lilydale has proven to be an ongoing success as it celebrates its 65th year in 2005.  In its 65 year history, Lilydale has undergone numerous changes as we evolved with the market to become one of the largest poultry companies in Canada.  We will continue to succeed and surpass consumer expectations for years to come.
