Gordon Castle, Manager, Continuous Improvement
Gordon Castle has 30 years experience in a number of roles within Aerospace manufacturing. Background includes leadership roles in Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Research and Development, Material Logistics and Continuous Improvement. He formed part of the team that developed the Achieving Manufacturing Excellence model at the Bombardier Toronto site and has also contributed to the development of the Achieving Excellence improvement model that is now utilized across all Bombardier Aerospace sites. He currently in the role of Manager, Continuous Improvement for Bombardier Regional Aircraft at their Toronto facility.
