Abstract :
The presentation reviews the structured plan of implementation of Lean using metrics and data to drive resources in achieving Hoshin objectives. Teleflex began to document the current state of metrics and roles in their company and described a future state that aligns measurable data at all levels of the organization. Using Lean Production Systems, roles and responsibilities and principles of the House of Lean, they built a scorecard aimed at company strategic and financial success.

William Marquis, Operations Manager

William Marquis is the Operations Manager for Teleflex Canada in Richmond BC. He has nine years experience in manufacturing which includes working for Magna and Van Rob Stamping in the automotive industry. In addition, William has ten years experience as an entrepreneur. He is committed to teaching lean manufacturing as a way of consolidating his own learning.
